As the only Digital Designer at projekt202, I lead the creative marketing projects, Collaborated with leaders and employees to produce and create interactive, high-quality, innovative digital and print design materials that targeted customers and candidates with the purpose of driving traffic and sales.

Challenges:
It will be a lie if I said “I didn’t had any” — This job presented some hardship along the way. Adapting to a new fast-paced environment where internal coworkers demand the very best and clients may not be so flexible, was a must. I am certain that this year my consulting skills leveled up. These learning experiences definitely play an important roll on my constant profesional and personal development.
Responsibilities included the following:
Designs print-ready marketing collateral such as brochures, white papers, case studies, etc.
Designs digital marketing assets such as email campaigns, website landing pages, etc.
Develop high-impact advertising, sales promotion and recruiting materials using a combination of print, electronic, web resources.
Assist with additional design needs, including print and web elements.
Performs UI enhancements and end-to-end development for marketing deliverables and website development/redesign.
Develop and revise front-end website elements, including special landing pages.
Collaborate with others for the production and delivery of marketing solutions.
Ensures quality of deliverable is in line with our methodology, best practices, trends, and company standards.
Delivers solutions on time for internal reviews with Marketing Manager, VP of Customer Experience and CEO.
Ensures development deliverables align with business and technical requirements.
Presents technical issues and their business impacts to management.
Documents best practices, guidelines, and standards.
Develops style guides to communicate to design team across all channels.
Manage communication with print production to ensure all retouching and color correction are accurate and project specifications are on target.
Integrate business requirements into all creative elements as directed.
Design and code digital/online consumer communications, including newsletters, targeted emails and other consumer-focused contact opportunities, utilizing design/technical best practices to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
